Postage

All parcels are sent within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail First Class special delivery. This means they will require customer's signature upon receipt and will usually take 1-2 working days to arrive.

Should you require your parcel sooner, please get in touch and I will arrange to post your items as soon as possible, including posting on the same day if possible.

Please, make sure you are aware that some items are listed as Made to Order (MTO) and they will require a specific amount of time for preparation (as specified in the listing). This will delay posting your order, unless you're happy to split your order and cover additional delivery charges to receive all the RTS (ready to send) items sooner.

If for any reason your parcel is taking longer to arrive than the time scale specified above, please get in touch and I will provide you with the tracking number as well as support in receiving your parcel/replacement/refund, should Royal Mail fail to deliver your order.
