Blue Moon is a small two person business sparked in November 2014. Our main focus revolves around creating hand felted furs and layers, with a hint of other creations complementing newborn photography set ups.

What we're most proud of is, our work does not step on our ethics toes and while being vegan and vegetarian, the fibers used in productions of our props are respponsibly sourced with inclusion of entirely CRUELTY FREE fleeces only.

What does this mean?

The majority of our fleeces is being sourced from places taking good care of animals, such as rescue centres and animal sanctuaries. We love to source from such places in particular, as upon purchasing raw materials for our business we can also donate to the cause and support the organisation.

We also collaborated with individual flock owners who recognise the importance of ethics in this industry as well as appreciate these incredible, complex animals as rightful living souls on our beautiful planet. Therefore, the animals they look after are never sent to slaughter, are not being breed nor have their young slaughtered or sold away. They can live happy and fulfilling lives from the moment of birth to their final breath.
