Returns & Exchange Policy

I am happy to accept returns/exchange requests for any unsused products. Products must be returned in their original packaging without any signs of use within 30 days.

To arrange your return/exchange, please get in touch within 14 days from receiving your items.

Due to the nature of hand made custom and personalised orders, I reserve the right to refuse returns for such orders. If you ordered an item made specifically to your requirements and would like to return the item afterwards, please get in touch to discuss possible solutions.

Conditions of returns - buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will also be responsible for any loss in value.
